International Shipping: We ship internationally, to most countries. We ship all international packages by the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges shown on the website are available within the continental United States only. You will be emailed, within one business day, a confirmation of the actual shipping charges. You will not be charged until the shipping charge has been confirmed by you.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: For our customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please inquire with us regarding shipping rates, as they tend to vary.

Returns:

All essential oils which you had ordered in 4 ounce or larger sizes, require calling our returns department for authorization at (773-583-4861). All shipping charges incurred for returning merchandise to TC Bauer Company is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of TC Bauer Company. Please note that due to their highly volatile nature and cost Essential oils, Absolutes and Hydrosols are not covered under this policy. They will have to be returned in one week, unopened in their original containers for full refund.
